Come on folks. Season your food properly. Just throwing salt and a bunch of pepper on chicken is not proper seasoning. Let’s not discuss the fact that only salt and pepper was used for every variation. However, let us do discuss the fact that ole’ boy/ole’ girl/ ole’ person (for you triggered happy people) didn’t even rub the seasonings in or flip the breasts and season the back side. Just another reason why I don’t eat others food. Good job Tasty. Way to show the world that seasoning food stuffs is not your forte. Stick to recipes. Leave the seasonings yo folks who know what they’re doing.

Must be a slow day at the Tasty headquarters…
who’d have though that if you add BBQ sauce to chicken you get bbq chicken!?

It says EASY… there’s other flavors in the BBQ sauce, the ranch, the Alfredo… CALM DOWN. Add your own spices. Don’t. Who cares! People these days need to STOP over analyzing everything 🙄🙄 Leave it be. Do what you want. Don’t hurt others. The end!

Kaitlyn Troester Easy recipes for 2! You don’t have to measure anything out really, just get a big thing of chicken breasts, freeze them by 2s and pull out a bag the day before you want to use.

All the “Real Cooks wouldn’t…” comments every time these get posted just crack me up. Did it never occur to any of the food gatekeepers that part of the point of these videos is to *start people out simple*, and ease them into the world of cooking? They’re intended to grab the attention of people who *aren’t cooks* and say “Hey, that cooking thing? Not as scary as you think, see?”

Then, once you’ve got them hooked, *then* they’re glued to cooking shows and hunting down rare ingredients and whatnot. But this? This is the “first hit’s free” of the culinary world.

Besides the great spice debate, did anyone else think these were extremely basic and not very enticing?

Salt and pepper on chicken breast is really all it takes for me. Just the right amount of salt- yum! I make it several ways but sometimes just salt and pepper if baking. Now fried, that’s a whole different story 😩😂😂😭😭🤷🏾‍♀️

If this chicken doesn’t look just as dry as cardboard…..

It’s really sad that all these people comment about there being more seasonings and spices than salt and pepper.

You’re absolutely right, but if you consider yourself a cook of any kind and don’t use salt and pepper, you don’t know jack about food.

You’re probably the same people who talk about how good their food is and you used like 8 spices that don’t go together, and none of them were salt and pepper.

Hate to tell you tasty, but bbq sauce would burn at 400 degrees for that long.

That would make your chicken taste like burnt sugar, since that’s what would burn in the BBQ sauce.

Even professional BBQ and real BBQ people don’t use sauce until the very end of cooking, or not at all. They instead use a rub and do sauce after.

It would be better to quick broil them then add the toppings and finish in a 400degree oven.

You really have to season chicken a good bit… this would be very bland.
