just made this. instead of cheese i used a secret ingredient, cauliflower and instead of potatoes i used a secret ingredient, cauliflower and instead of meat i used a secret ingredient, cauliflower. it is so yummy and so healthy. you can’t even tell the difference. also instead of drinking milk i suggest a healthier recipe. it’s a secret but i’ll tell you. it’s blended up cauliflower.

Humans arent meant to consume the nursing milk of other animals and our obsession with dairy has caused a host of national health issues, including osteoporosis, bone density problems, and worldwide lactose intolerance. Stop supporting a powerful voice that ingores the vast majority of scientific research in the last 20-30 years.

I’m emotionally hurt by the fact that it was suggested that MILK… of all things was a decent beverage for this. Disgusting.

I always wonder what’s going on with people on any particular day, but in regards to so many going off about a recipe! If you don’t like it, then don’t finish watching what it’s all about. Who cares if you don’t like milk, cheese, onions, too many potatoes…really! Wonder if you are in a “salty” mood and your moaning and groaning, plus the rude crudeness is making your day. Too be so nasty and pompous, is it really making your day great? Find something better to enlighten your day or life!

The fat can be reduced by using skim milk and low fat cheese or less cheese. I don’t get the problem. Just tweak the recipe people if you think it’s too high in fat or skip the recipe all together.

Did you notice? For just a split second when they poured the milk into the cheese, it formed a perfect heart!

I made this according to the recipe and it was great! HOWEVER after 25-30 min @ 375 the potatoes were still very al dente. Cook time prolly should be 45-60 min.

I just came here for the “I hate milk”, “why milk”, “but I’m lactose intolerant” comments….carry on 😘

Why does this recipe use the phrase “real milk” twice in the description? Is it to differentiate from plant-based milks? You know you can just say “milk” yeah?

Most seem to be complaining about the milk… but does anyone else have an issue with that sad excuse for queso?? I’m offended 😆😆

Looks like another version of Au gratin potatoes – never liked ground turkey – maybe beef burger or Italian sausage and good ol ham.

I don’t like that y’all put the sweet little girl at the end of this like this is a healthy meal for the family. That is a fat laden non nutritious meal.

I’m very concerned about the amount of sodium in this recipe. Salt was added at several stages of cooking.
