    Pupusas is not a bad word. They are delicious. A place that specialized in pupusas is called pupuseria. Can’t be in a hurry to order them because each is made to order. Very famous in Central America. Especially in El Salvador. Delicioso.

    I love pupusas! I haven’t had them in so long. I know two girls, both their mom’s grew up in El Salvador, they both make great pupusas, one had a restaurant. I need some!

    Damn! I’m gona have to give it another try in making these! It looks easy but it’s not and I grew up watching my mom and aunts do them like it was nothing. Every time I try they are perfectly round 😆 but this video gave me hope that I Can Do It!!!!!

    It never ceases to amaze me how the dishes from all over the world are so Similar: papayas, empanadas, maultaschen, purifies, Asian dumplings… All using small amounts of precious ingredients inside some kind of dough

    They are stuffed with smashed beans, cheese and loroco. They make different combinations with them. The salsa is made with cabbage, carrots and spices cooked in vinegar; with out this won’t be as good as it should 😉
    If you have the chance to try it I totally recommend it. The best place to get one it’s called “Pupuseria” (salvadorean restaurante)

    April Beverly this is not the way I know how to make them but its close. I learned to make like a bowel with the maza then put the meat then roll it. And your supposed put a little oil on your hands and slap it on either side befor it hits the grill.
