There are drug-free options for anxiety. I personally take Wink Naturals Zen Anxiety drops and they work like magic 😊 they work great along with the sleep melts too.
No longer staying up all night counting sheep, I fall asleep without worrying about a million things and sleep good now 😊

The connection between food & mental health is stronger than you think. You are what you eat & you are what you think!!!

I tried the “Complaint Free World” bracelet a few years ago. The premise was, every time you complained, move the rubber bracelet from one wrist to the other, and you would become more aware of the little things you let bother you, and perhaps change your thinking to not be so negative.
Less than 24hrs in, it was in 2 pieces on the floor of my car. There should have been a driving exemption, just saying.

One big add. Wth thought this was a food page?? If this keeps happening I’m unfollowing as I’m sure many others will too. Too bad, I really like this page and the cooking video’s.

Gratitude journal! I never thought of that but anxiety/worry is a pride issue as much as a chemical issue so it makes sense.
