    Everyone is so curious to know what it is but they don’t want to click lol. It’s anchovy. Which, NO. They say even people who don’t like it will like it but I refuse to accept that.

    I’d try those, but they’re also amazing sautéed in a balsamic glaze, roasted in coconut oil and maple syrup with kosher salt, and pan fried with bacon crumbles and craisins.

    Brussels sprouts get such a bad rap poor things. I roast with olive oil, salt pepper, honey and chili powder for a sweet and spicy version 👍🏻

    The real trick is this, take a bag of Brussels sprouts slice them in half and rinse, throw them in the bin and eat something tasty instead. problem solved
