Love it when people take the time to seek the opinion of individuals who have taken appropriate qualifications to discuss diet and nutrition in an accurate and evidence-based way (the role of a dietitian FYI). Get thoroughly sick of “experts” on the TV/internet talking tripe and it being portrayed as fact.

Cleaned up my diet to battle severe acid reflux disease. Not only is it working, but I’m losing weight! Nothing special. Just eating a healthy, low fat, pH balanced diet! Nice side benefit! Who knew!

How can you have advice like “Don’t limit your food choices” then turn around and say “don’t eat meat”? It’s confusing.

I’ve been eating 1200 calories a day, I’m not hungry but now very healthy and happy…walked over 1500 miles last year..yes you do need to keep track of your calories if you want to lose weight…chuckling if you believe otherwise 🙂
